Yes, we offer bulk billing for most Medicare-eligible radiology services, including many X-rays, CT scans, and ultrasounds. Eligibility depends on the type of scan and your referral. If your scan is not eligible for bulk billing, we will clearly explain any out-of-pocket costs before your appointment so there are no surprises.
All MRI, CT scans, and ultrasounds require a referral from your GP or specialist. X-rays also require a referral; however, many can be performed as a walk-in service without an appointment. If you’re unsure, our team can quickly confirm what you need before booking.
Please bring your referral form, Medicare card, and any concession cards. If you have previous imaging or reports, bring those as well. This helps our radiologists compare results for more accurate diagnosis. Arriving 10 minutes early is recommended for check-in.
Yes, all clinics offer convenient onsite parking for patients. This makes your visit easy and stress-free, whether you’re attending for a quick X-ray or a longer scan such as MRI or ultrasound.
Bulk billing depends on Medicare rules, scan type, and referral details. Our team can check your eligibility when you book and let you know upfront if any fees apply, so you understand all costs before your appointment.
Appointment times vary: X-rays take 10–15 minutes, ultrasounds 20–40 minutes, and MRI or CT scans around 20–60 minutes. Please allow extra time for check-in and preparation.
Preparation depends on the scan type. Some exams require fasting or drinking water beforehand, while others need no preparation at all. You will receive clear instructions when booking your appointment.
You can walk in for X-rays at most locations. However, MRI, CT scans, and ultrasounds require bookings to ensure availability and proper preparation. You can book online or by phone
Results are usually sent to your referring doctor within 24–48 hours, depending on the scan. Urgent cases are prioritised for faster reporting when needed.
Yes, we provide imaging for WorkCover and injury-related cases, including workplace and accident injuries. We work with referrers and insurers to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
